How does this work?
First, we will call or meet with you for a brief intake to discuss what you'd like to accomplish along the journey of your yoga practice. From here, we will design a program to work with you in either your home, at the Yoga East studio, or at an agreed-upon outdoor location. Small groups welcome. Sessions are $85/hour for one-on-one, plus $10 per hour per additional student.
