Jerry Anathan is certified as a Kripalu Yoga Instructor, has been trained in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and continues to study and teach. She is the grateful owner of Yoga East in Provincetown, MA.

How does this work?

First, we will call or meet with you for a brief intake to discuss what you'd like to accomplish along the journey of your yoga practice.  From here, we will design a program to work with you in either your home, at the Yoga East studio, or at an agreed-upon outdoor location. Small groups welcome. Sessions are $85/hour for one-on-one, plus $10 per hour per additional student.
